I was looking through all the "freebies" I have downloaded over the "years" ohhhh yes its been years ROTFLMAO...
Trying to decide what to keepa and what to give the old "heave ho".....
Well I loved this paper that I got from Bel Vidotti...not even sure if she is still designing, like I said I have been collecting for years
You know how you save things, thinking you would use them "someday" well I have started! Use it or it is gone!!
So here is my first layout...

Mothers Day Freebie for You!

Wow, things have changed in the last few months. I am no longer designing for a store and although I will miss that alot I am looking forward to having some time to do other things...Like scrap for myself, LOL
I plan on getting around to some "house keeping" chores like organizing my computer files and getting rid of stuff I know I will never use and backing up more of my files (I am so guilty of not keeping current on that...) and working on this blog :)


I also have to admit that at my age, if I don't start scanning the boxes and boxes of photographs under the bed, I might not live long enough to get them done!!! Hopefully I can keep to my goal to work somewhat chronologically... Scanning is my least favorite thing to do.
I suffer from "Acute Multiple Media Overload" photos, slides, negatives from all kinds of cameras...the big ones from my parents Brownie...remember the ones that came on a tiny round disc??? Kodak Advantax :) the negatives are in the little cartridges? Not to mention movies of all sorts from the 1950' til now???? "((Heavy Sigh))" Where to start LOL! Breaking things into "do-able" piles and just digging in! I guess I will see how it goes! Meanwhile I have a little Mothers Day Gift for you...its created with my "Eternal Spring" kit...

Working on a new kit!!

I am working on a new kit called "Eternal Spring" here is a look at a LO and the papers I have finished so far...

Wow this last week just flew by! I have been so busy working on getting my first digital scrapbook done and sent to the printers! Yup..all this time and although I have printed some layouts at home and had some printed at Costco..I am excited to be doing a hard bound book!...I am looking at all the options out there, Heritage Makers, Sutterfly, Winkflash and getting recommendations from other designers.
I will post all the information here eventually.
I have to tell you I was so excited at first because doing a book from my Ireland Vacation in 1998 ment scanning bunches of photos...and scanning is not my favorite passtime LOL! I did get a bunch done by combining the scanning chore with another one thats not in my top 10 Ironing!
So I ironed and scanned, ironed and scanned :)

Yup! I have been busy LOL...I needed a break after doing the Celtic papers, needed to do something just for fun! So here is a little summer kit for you, bright,fresh and ready to scrap those warm weather photos that are coming at ya soon!

Hello!

Well, My Mom when home on Tuesday, we had a wonderful visit and I need to scrap that LOL! She was able to see some county concerts in the area and we did get to go to the beach one day yeahhhhh!
I finished the papers for my "Celtic Dream" paper pack, now have to work on some elements too...
We are wrapping things up at The Scrapping Garden :( but the new site "KISS" is starting to come alive!
